Job summary

Fulcrum, Inc. is searching for a Founding Operator to partner with the leadership team on the hardest, most ambiguous problems. You will move between strategic projects, customer-facing work, analytics, and operational builds, shipping outcomes quickly and owning unbounded scope.

You will tackle strategic problem solving, analytics, and cross-functional execution, while leveraging frontier AI. This is an in-person role based in San Francisco, with equity as part of the compensation.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience at an MBB or bulge-bracket / elite investment bank.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to interact with senior leadership, customers, and investors.
• Analytical rigor across modeling, deliverables, and verbal communication.
• Genuine humility and collaboration.
• AI-native mindset; familiarity with frontier models and practical use.
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate; in-person role.

Responsibilities

• Own unstructured, high-stakes problems and build clear frameworks, recommendations, and decisions.
• Drive analyses behind pricing and commercial strategy for enterprise customers.
• Produce board materials and executive narratives with a strong analytical/storytelling bar.
• Collaborate with product on roadmap prioritization and pilot design; support deployments.
• Build GTM workflows, renewal motions, and internal reporting infrastructure.
