Deployment Strategist

At its core, the Deployment Strategist role centers around leveraging data in operational and real‑world action. Customers come to us with a hunch that the only way to protect troops, manufacture high‑quality products, structure healthcare policies, or deliver aid safely is to make better use of their data. Deployment Strategists turn that hunch into reality.

What We Do

As a Deployment Strategist you work with Engineers, Product Designers, and fellow Strategists to deploy software against the most challenging problems our world faces. You synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a clear understanding of the problem, the data, the product needs, user motivations, and potential impact. You immerse yourself in customers’ workflows, partner with them, explore data, and dive into the product landscape to enable scalable solutions. Selectly, Deployment Strategists may also be deployed to Palantir internal teams.

In this role you will:

• Go onsite and meet with customer analysts to understand critical questions and locate big pain points.
• Identify relevant datasets through deep engagement, and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into a stable, extensible pipeline.
• Build bespoke workflows for new user groups.
• Lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and achieves concrete impact.
• Present results and proposals to audiences from analysts to C‑suite executives.
• Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into cross‑Palantir product offers.
• Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers.
• Scope potential engagements in new industries and expanding locations worldwide.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000–$170,000 per year. Total compensation may also include Restricted Stock Units, a sign‑on bonus, and other incentives.
