Job summary

Outset is hiring the first sales hire for its new customer experience product in San Francisco. You will own deals from initial conversation through pilot to signed contract, often acting as both seller and technical expert.

A strong candidate has enterprise software sales experience and pre-sales skills, and can discuss Medallia or Qualtrics and API data connections. You will explain and demo AI-moderated research to CX teams, set up MCP links to other systems, and build the sales process from

Qualifications

• Experience enterprise software sales and pre-sales.
• Ability to discuss Medallia or Qualtrics deployments.
• Comfort with setting up data connections (APIs) and MCP.

Responsibilities

• Own deals from first conversation to pilot to signed contract.
• Occasionally act as both seller and technical expert.
• Build the sales process for a new product from scratch.
• Translate customer feedback into product input and roadmap.
