Job summary

CSG seeks a Sales Director to drive growth of the CX portfolio across strategic accounts and report to the VP, Strategic Accounts. You will shape account strategies and position AI-enabled CX capabilities to solve complex business problems and deliver measurable value.

You will own a portfolio, build plans to expand adoption of CX solutions, and lead end-to-end sales including partner-led motions across healthcare, retail, and financial services. Collaborative culture with flexible options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of formal field sales experience in target markets (Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Cable/Telecom).
• 8+ years of sales experience identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing prospects with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Experience leading full sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and close.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic CX accounts.
• Build and execute account plans to expand adoption of CX solutions.
• Engage executive stakeholders to position CX capabilities and ROI.
• Lead end-to-end CX sales process from discovery to signature.
• Drive new CX revenue within existing accounts and new logos.
• Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams including partners.
