Aspiron Search Limited is seeking a founding Customer Success Manager for a remote role with a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS. You will own the post-sale lifecycle, onboarding, and ongoing customer health across 60+ accounts.

Thrive in a zero-process environment, building the CS function from scratch while driving renewals, expansion, and executive engagement with Sales. Strong security domain credibility is a plus.

Qualifications

• CS experience at an early-stage or technical SaaS company (security background a strong plus).
• Comfortable owning renewals, retention, or expansion revenue.
• Thrive with zero process and prefer building systems over inheriting them.
• Technical credibility with engineering and security teams.
• Able to translate technical value into enterprise business outcomes.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end post-sale relationship across 60+ accounts.
• Onboarding and implementation built from scratch.
• Develop a health-scoring and risk framework to catch churn early.
• Lead renewal and expansion motions in lockstep with Sales.
• Establish QBR cadence and executive engagement rhythm.
• Voiced customer needs back into Product and Engineering.
