Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Head of Customer Success to own the client success function from day one. You will design processes, own client relationships, and drive retention and expansion in a small, fast-moving environment.

You will operate with high autonomy, partnering with founders and a growing client base to set the standard for post-sale experience and scalable CS playbooks.

Qualifications

• Proven senior-level experience in customer success leadership in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the customer success function including onboarding, engagement cadences, health scoring, renewal processes, and expansion playbooks.
• Define what a great client experience looks like and build systems to deliver it consistently.
• Report to founders on portfolio health, retention metrics, and strategic recommendations.
• Own a portfolio of client accounts as the senior point of contact from placement through long-term engagement.
• Drive client retention by delivering an excellent account experience and identify expansion opportunities.
• Hire, onboard, and manage account managers and customer success team members.
