Job summary

Utilitise Ltd. is seeking a founding-team outbound BDR who reports to the CRO and is coached directly by the Founder & CEO as our first outbound hire. You will drive outbound to SMB owners on Microsoft 365, book 48-Hour IT Risk Snapshots, and manage cadence in HubSpot.

You won’t close deals; the Founder will, while you build qualified conversations with exposure to top-of-funnel wins. This remote role is self-directed and offers real upside through uncapped commissions and equity, with a path to

Qualifications

Early in your B2B sales career, eager to learn the craft at a company building a new category.
Commission-only compensation with real upside; no base salary.
You communicate clearly, directly, and with a plain voice.

Responsibilities

Research and hand-select ten qualified prospects per day within the ICP.
Send personalized outbound messages across LinkedIn and email in the company voice.
Book qualified 48-Hour IT Risk Snapshots with business owners (CEO/President/Owner).
Manage follow-up cadence and HubSpot hygiene for full context in conversations.
Log objections and buyer language weekly to sharpen the motion for the team.
Attend live prospect calls with the Founder during ramp to learn the close.
