Job summary

Starbridge is looking for a Founding Business Development Representative to lead outbound efforts in the SLED market, leveraging AI-driven insights to identify early signals and schedule demos. You will join a fast-moving, high-impact team and help shape our outbound motion from day one.

You will receive mentorship, training, and a defined path to an Account Executive role, with uncapped commissions and equity.

Qualifications

• Proven BDR experience in outbound sales.
• Relentless, competitive mindset with willingness to learn.
• Coachable, ambitious, and eager to advance to AE.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own the first touchpoint with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with sales to convert conversations into demos.
• Help build outbound playbook and scalable messaging.
• Participate in a structured onboarding and sales training program.
