Barrington James is partnering with a well-funded clinical research organisation building a next-generation site network across the US, combining expansion with AI-driven technology. They’re seeking a Head of Business Development to join as their first commercial hire, with the opportunity to build and eventually lead the BD function.

This role requires a proven hunter who can personally bring in business from day one, leverage an established pharma/biotech/CRO network, and scale the function

Qualificações

• Proven BD background in clinical research site networks or SMO.
• Demonstrated success in personally generating, negotiating and closing new trial business.
• Established relationships with decision-makers across pharma, biotech and CROs.
• Strong understanding of site selection, sponsor requirements and contracting.

Responsabilidades

• Build and scale the BD function as the founding commercial leader.
• Personally hunt and close new clinical trial business from day one.
