Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business as a baseline requirement.
• 6–15+ years of life sciences BD experience with a record of winning deals.
• Experience selling multi-service solutions and managing complex ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of clinical development environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the annual BD strategy aligned with North American targets.
• Identify, pursue, and win new opportunities across biotech, mid‑pharma, Big Pharma, and devices.
• Expand strategic accounts and build trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers.
• Lead bids, proposals, and contract negotiations with SMEs from science and operations.
• Cross‑sell across a diversified portfolio of clinical research solutions.
• Maintain forecasting accuracy and CRM discipline.
• Represent the company at industry conferences to generate qualified opportunities.
• Contribute to commercial integration post acquisitions and share best practices.
• Serve as strategic partner to senior leadership across NA and global HQ.
