Duke Health Cary is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join the founding team for the Duke Health Cary Surgery Center, a state-of-the-art ambulatory facility opening in 2027. Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain sterile field and ensure team maintains a sterile environment.
• Prepare Operating Room with instruments, equipment and supplies.
• Perform instrument passes, counts (sponges, needles, instruments) safely and accurately.
• Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient care in ambulatory settings.
• Coordinate case scheduling and assist with case management in the clinic and OR.
• Support cross-functional teamwork and adaptation to changes in the unit.
