Job summary

Burnham, based in Chicago and backed by Andes Path, is hiring a Founding Application Engineer to launch its US market presence. You will own the pipeline, run first conversations, and move deals toward signature.

The role offers a base salary of $95,000–$115,000 with uncapped commission and on-target earnings of $160,000–$185,000. You’ll work with our Chilean team and engage law firms and financial clients to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years selling B2B services or solutions to owners and C-suite executives.
• Strong network in Chicago to accelerate introductions.
• Consultative approach with clients and partners.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and business applications.
• Organized, goal-oriented and able to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline from warm introductions to signed contracts.
• Run initial conversations to learn needs and decision criteria.
• Keep deals moving and coordinate with co-founders when needed.
• Help host dinners and talks for owners and leaders in Chicago.
• Grow into closing deals yourself as you learn the process.
