Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong hands-on coding ability — production-level integration code.
• Deep familiarity with AI/ML APIs and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM Leads on deals and lead technical discovery.
• Build working prototypes and reference integrations.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor during onboarding.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable feedback.
