Qualifications

• 4–8 years of software engineering experience building production systems.
• Experience owning critical products, integrations, or large-scale technical initiatives.
• Interest in AI systems, automation, and emerging agent technologies.
• Collaborative, low-ego approach and enthusiasm for working closely with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build core platform infrastructure, data systems, and backend services.
• Partner directly with customers to rapidly iterate on deployed solutions and integrations.
• Design evaluation frameworks and tooling to improve agent performance and reliability.
• Help shape engineering culture, technical standards, and long-term platform strategy.
