Career Renew is recruiting for a Founding Engineer to help build our AI Platform in a hybrid role in San Francisco. You will own core platform components and work directly with customers to shape the product from day one.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of full-stack experience, a track record shipping AI-powered features, and comfort working in ambiguity. Equity, benefits, and a strong entrepreneurial culture await.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of full-stack engineering experience
• Experience as founder or early engineer at a startup
• Shipped AI-powered features in production
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree (Nice-to-have)
• Able to work in a hybrid SF environment and collaborate with customers

Responsibilities

• Lead core platform development for agents: triggers, tools, approvals, evals, memory, observability, workflow execution
• Own end-to-end product development from discovery to launch and iteration
• Build Enterprise Intelligence surfaces across the full stack
• Shape product roadmap, architecture, and engineering culture
