Job summary

Tenki, founded by the Luxor team, is seeking its first sales hire to drive revenue in San Francisco. You’ll sell to engineering orgs and AI companies, turning early proof into committed contracts and expanding within existing accounts.

You’ll work directly with the founders and engineering team, with regular in-office days in San Francisco in a fast-moving environment designed for autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of closing sales experience.
• Strong technical acumen, ideally with a background in DevTools, AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to run a consultative sale with strategy development.
• Excellent communication skills and high autonomy in a fast-moving environment.
• Based in San Francisco and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own a revenue target across all three products, from prospecting through close and expansion.
• Build pipeline in two segments: engineering orgs with heavy CI and review loads, and AI companies building agents that need sandboxed compute.
• Turn free-plan, Team-plan, and startup-program customers into enterprise contracts with committed spend.
• Sell across products: land with one, then sell the others into the same account.
