Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, and/or product operations.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to map people, processes, information, and technology.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on improving how work gets done.
• Interest in building with AI and leveraging data to drive performance.
• Ability to translate between operational and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed understanding of our core processes and how handoffs fit together.
• Improve workflows as the business scales, balancing work between people, AI agents, and software.
• Create dashboards, SLAs, and quality measures to manage performance.
• Organize knowledge and resources so information is accessible to both humans and AI.
• Identify recurring issues, determine root causes, and implement durable solutions.
• Turn pain points into clear requirements for product and engineering.
• Test and roll out new processes, tools, and agent-based workflows.
• Keep priority initiatives organized and progressing to completion.
