Job summary

EliseAI is hiring a founding GTM Engineer to redesign revenue systems and embed AI into go-to-market workflows. You’ll lead discovery, prototyping, and end-to-end implementation of AI solutions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Ops, and Recruiting.

You’ll identify AI opportunities, build prototypes, and drive rollouts across GTM functions, working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with high ownership and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical or operations role with experience improving or automating workflows using code and low-code/no-code tools.
• Practical experience pushing and pulling data across systems via APIs and webhooks.
• Proven ability to take projects from 0 to 1 (experimentation and prototyping through rollout and adoption).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; able to partner effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track ROI, adoption, and system performance.
• Hands-on experience with, or deep empathy for, GTM processes (sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations, recruiting).

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally to map and understand GTM processes.
• Identify and implement AI-driven automation and augmentation for GTM workflows with attention to accuracy and scalability.
• Own projects end-to-end from experimentation and prototyping through implementation, rollout, training, and measurement.
• Track performance, adoption, and ROI; iterate on systems based on results.
• Continuously experiment with emerging tools and approaches to push GTM innovation forward.
• Act as an internal subject-matter expert on AI GTM tooling.
