This senior IC role requires hands-on implementation of end-to-end systems with Marketing, Sales, CS, and Finance partners. You’ll own data architecture, forecasting, deal desk, and AI-native ops, delivering measurable improvements in pipeline health and ARR while exploring

Qualifications

• Senior IC role building data-driven GTM infrastructure end-to-end.
• HubSpot architecture and admin expertise; understand associations.
• Strong AI and data intuition; experience with Claude or similar models.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents for GTM workflows from scratch.
• Own HubSpot data models, automations, reporting.
• Develop outbound automation and enrichment pipelines in Clay.
• Maintain CRM hygiene end-to-end with dedupe and governance.
• Design territory governance and forecasting models.
