EliseAI is hiring a founding GTM Engineer to overhaul our revenue systems and leverage AI to elevate GTM workflows. Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Ops, Recruiting, and leadership to design and rollout scalable solutions.

You will own end-to-end initiatives, build with APIs and code, and measure ROI. We offer a fast-paced, autonomous environment with ambitious growth and competitive compensation.

Competenze

• 2+ years in a technical or operations role, with experience improving or automating workflows using code and no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Clay, Gong, Attention).
• Practical experience pushing and pulling data across systems via APIs and webhooks.
• Proven ability to take projects from 0→1: prototyping through rollout and adoption.
• Curious, scrappy builder who thrives in ambiguity and automates manual work.
• Experience with and strong interest in AI systems.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication with stakeholders at all levels (individuals to C-suite).
• Strong analytical mindset to track ROI, adoption, and system performance.
• Hands-on experience with GTM processes (sales, marketing, customer success, revenue ops, recruiting).
• Bonus: proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or SQL; admin-level GTM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Attention, Outreach.

• Partner cross-functionally to understand GTM processes and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to automate or augment GTM workflows with accuracy and scalability.
• Leverage tools (e.g. Clay, Attention, Zapier) and build custom solutions (APIs, Python, JavaScript, Google Apps Script).
• Own projects end-to-end from experimentation to rollout and training.
• Track performance, adoption, and ROI of new systems; iterate based on results.
• Monitor performance and ROI of experiments.
• Continuously experiment with emerging tools and approaches to push GTM innovation forward.
• Act as an internal subject-matter expert on AI GTM tooling.
• Attract top-tier talent to join the team.
