The Founding Forward Deployed Engineer will collaborate with product, research and engineering to deploy scalable solutions across customer environments and contribute to the platform’s evolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AI and software engineering experience.
• Experience integrating LLMs or agentic workflows into real products.
• Excellent communication, customer-facing skills.
• Autonomous, curious, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Identify and automate multi-step customer tasks.
• Integrate with customer systems and APIs.
• Iterate in the field with tight feedback loops.
• Build and maintain scalable production services.
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering to guide roadmap.
