Job summary

H Company in the US is seeking a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to help architect and deploy AI agents at scale. You will work directly with customers to automate complex, multi-step tasks and integrate with databases, APIs, and internal tools.

Required: 3+ years in AI and software engineering, Python mastery, familiarity with Typescript, FastAPI/Next.js/React, and strong communication. You will ship production systems, iterate quickly, and travel for on-site deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional AI + software engineering experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with AI/ML systems and integrating LLMs or agentic workflows into real products.
• Heavy fluency in Python and familiarity with Typescript.
• Familiarity with backend and frontend frameworks and UI/UX tradeoffs.
• Experience building and deploying production systems: APIs, services, infrastructure, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Understand and identify customer’s most important and impactful multi-step task to automate.
• Seamlessly integrate with customer systems, including databases, APIs, and internal tools.
• Rapidly iterate in the field with tight feedback loops to improve product fit and delivery.
• Architect, build, and maintain production-grade services that scale with usage and complexity.
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering to shape the roadmap.
