Job summary

H Company is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team. You will work directly with customers to identify high-impact tasks, design autonomous agents, and deliver scalable deployments that integrate with customer systems.

Candidates bring 3+ years in AI/software engineering, deep Python skills, and experience with AI/ML systems. You will collaborate with product, research and engineering to shape the roadmap and deploy in client environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional AI+software engineering experience
• Experience with AI/ML systems and integrating LLMs into real products
• Fluency in Python and familiarity with Typescript
• Experience building production APIs, services, infrastructure or data pipelines
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Willingness to travel for on-site deployments or customer engagements

Responsibilities

• Understand and identify customer’s most important multi-step task to automate
• Integrate with customer systems, including databases, third-party APIs, and internal tools
• Rapidly iterate in the field with tight feedback loops to improve product fit and delivery
• Architect, build, and maintain production-grade services that scale with usage and complexity
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering to shape the roadmap based on field findings
