H Company is a next-generation AI research and product company pioneering autonomous agentic AI. The Forward Deployed Team ensures successful implementation of our Agents to help customers automate tasks and focus on what matters.

The platform enables safe, scalable agent deployment across industries. The role is based in a distributed team across Paris, London, and the US, including Austin, SF, or NY; travel for on-site deployments is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI + software engineering.
• Experience with AI/ML systems and LLMs.
• Fluent Python and familiarity with TypeScript.
• Frontend/backend familiarity and UI/UX sense.
• Experience building production APIs, services, data pipelines.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel for on-site deployments.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer-critical multi-step tasks to automate.
• Seamlessly integrate with customer systems including databases and APIs.
• Iterate quickly in the field with tight feedback loops.
• Architect, build, and maintain scalable production services.
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering to shape the roadmap.
