Continuum Resource Network seeks a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to scale its Applied AI business from the ground up. You will own end-to-end AI deployments, work directly with co-founders, and shape how AI is implemented across industries.

You’ll bridge business strategy and engineering, building reusable data models and workflows, and defining deployment practices for a growing engineering team. Expect significant ownership from day one.

Formación

• Approximately 4–6 years in forward deployed engineering or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with deploying AI-powered solutions for enterprise B2B clients.
• Ability to own end-to-end deployments and communicate with executives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery with enterprise customers to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Design, build, and deploy AI workflows and software applications.
• Own deployment lifecycle from discovery to ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with customers on-site, including C-level executives.
• Develop reusable AI infrastructure and productized solutions.
