Job summary

Serve AI seeks a founding engineer to shape the product, architecture, and deployment strategy for an AI-first home services platform. You will work directly with the founders and customers, spanning AI memory, model deployment, and end-to-end system design.

You’ll own the solution from scope to launch, driving deployments that unlock significant annual revenue and scale as we expand to new industries and customers.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering fundamentals for scalable software systems.
• Sharp product judgment to identify and solve real customer problems.
• Deep understanding of applied AI, LLMs, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Clear communication and ability to lead customer discussions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI-enabled features at scale.
• Lead deployments; target seven-figure annual contracts.
• Collaborate with customers and founders to shape the product and architecture.
• Experiment, measure results, and iterate based on evidence.
