Qualifications

• 4–10+ years of experience closing enterprise retail deals (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles from outreach to signature.
• High-level communication skills—writing and speaking with clarity, confidence, and warmth.

Responsibilities

• Source and close annual and pilot contracts, managing deals from initial outreach through final signature.
• Deliver compelling storytelling and data validations that connect CFY’s tech to tangible business outcomes.
• Partner with CS and Product teams to ensure we are delivering the solutions sold.
