Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Founders Associate based in the United States to work closely with the CEO on strategic and operational priorities, from planning through execution. The role involves coordinating cross-functional initiatives, leveraging AI-enabled workflows, and shaping how an AI-powered platform transforms public sector procurement.

You will collaborate with founders, investors, and government partners across the US and UK, driving initiatives with autonomy and direct leadership

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or startup operations.
• Proven ownership of cross-functional projects from brief to delivery.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with structured problem solving.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools and prompt-based workflows.
• Ability to work across time zones with asynchronous communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–3 high-priority company projects each quarter from planning through execution.
• Design and coordinate cross-functional programmes including supplier sourcing and AI-enabled workflows.
• Translate ambiguous leadership questions into clearly defined problems and actionable recommendations.
• Oversee operating rhythm: leadership meetings, board updates, OKR reviews and all-hands.
• Represent the CEO in meetings with procurement leaders, partners and investors; maintain strong relationships.
