Job summary

Civic Marketplace is seeking a Founders Associate to work directly with the CEO, tackling the company’s most important cross-functional problems with structure and discipline. The role blends strategy, operations and product work, spanning the UK morning and US Central daytime hours, with regular travel to Texas.

You will lead end-to-end programmes, turn ambiguous questions into actionable plans, manage operating rhythms, and collaborate with procurement, investors and partners.

Qualifications

• Three to five years post-MBB or operator at Series A–C with cross-functional programme ownership.
• Has run a programme from brief to result without handover and seeks more ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own flagship programmes end to end: design process and AI tooling, drive to outcome.
• Turn ambiguous questions into framed problems with options and recommendations, typically within a day.
• Run operating rhythm: leadership syncs, board/investor updates, OKR reviews and all-hands.
• Represent the CEO with procurement directors, cooperative executives and investors.
