Civic Marketplace is seeking a Founders Associate to work directly with the CEO, tackling cross-functional challenges and delivering end-to-end initiatives. You will collaborate with a distributed team across the UK and US Central time, starting from high-priority problems and driving them to completion with a dedicated eight-hour-ahead team.

You will own flagship programmes, bring structure to ambiguous questions, and oversee operating rhythms to ensure swift, decisive action.

Qualifications

• Three to five years post-MBB or operator at a Series A–C with cross-functional programme ownership.
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into framed, testable options and recommendations.
• Ability to own end-to-end programmes and drive outcomes across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Own flagship programmes end to end: design process and AI tooling, run to outcome.
• Turn ambiguous questions into framed problems with clear options and recommendations.
• Run operating rhythm: leadership syncs, OKR reviews and investor updates.
• Represent the CEO with partners; lead meetings that don’t require the CEO.
• Build with AI: leverage Claude, MCP server and internal agents in daily work.
