Job summary

Civic Marketplace is hiring a Founders Associate to work directly with the CEO on cross-functional priorities. You will own flagship programmes end to end, designing processes and AI tooling, and bring structure to ambiguous questions with options and recommendations.

You will run the operating rhythm: syncs, board updates, OKRs, and all hands. We value strategic, analytical thinkers fluent in spreadsheets, SQL, and AI tooling, with executive presence and proven ownership across time zones.

Qualifications

• Three to five years post-MBB or operator at a Series A-C company.
• Fluent in spreadsheets, SQL, and AI tooling.
• Executive presence with ownership across time zones.
