Civic Marketplace is seeking a Founders Associate to work directly with the CEO on cross-functional priorities, coordinating with the UK-based team and US partners. You will drive flagship programmes end-to-end, structure ambiguous questions, and manage the operating rhythm to ensure decisions translate into actions.

You will work with AI tooling, build with agents, and collaborate across time zones for impact in a fast-moving market for public procurement and government partnerships.

Qualifications

• Three to five years post MBB (or operator at Series A–C) who has run a cross-functional programme from brief to result.
• Owned a programme, launch or deal end-to-end with clear plan, calls and outcomes.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across time zones and keeping work moving while others sleep.
• Analytical fluency: able to build numbers in spreadsheets, dashboards and SQL-adjacent tools.
• Hands-on use of AI tooling in your own work: agents, MCP, prompt-driven workflows.
• Public sector curiosity; exposure to procurement or regulated B2B markets is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own flagship programmes end to end: design the process, AI tooling and drive to the outcome.
• Turn ambiguous questions into framed problems with options and a recommendation, usually within a day.
• Run the operating rhythm: leadership syncs, board/investor updates, OKR reviews and all-hands.
• Represent the CEO with partners: engage procurement directors, cooperative executives and investors.
• Build with AI: leverage Claude, MCP server and internal agents as a standard way of working.
