Flex is seeking a founding Senior Solution Engineer to own the solution layer for our largest enterprise deals across new verticals. You will translate complex customer needs into winning proposals, partner with Product & Engineering, and build the function from the ground up, including playbooks, demos, and onboarding the first SEs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales on complex enterprise deals.
• Experience closing large multi-stakeholder sales cycles in FinTech/PropTech or adjacent SaaS.
• Experience building or scaling an SE/technical pre-sales function; people leadership a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical sales for Flex's largest, most complex deals across new verticals.
• Build trust with technical and executive buyers through compelling business outcomes.
• Architect scalable solutions and integrate with customer environments, in collaboration with Engineering.
• Drive structured POCs, define success criteria, and accelerate time-to-close.
• Partner with Sales to shape deal strategy and risks, and design the right commercial/technical structure.
• Create reusable assets (demo environments, briefs, RFP libraries) for future deals.
• Define and execute the SE hiring plan and grow the team over time.
• Bridge field needs with Product/Engineering; influence roadmap with customer feedback.
• Shape Flex's market presence through technical content with Marketing/BD.
