Clera Labs, Inc. is building an early-stage AI-powered recruiting and talent marketplace. The role is a hands-on operator position spanning product, growth, operations, and partnerships to drive impact and scale the business from the ground up.

You will lead founder-priority projects, refine messaging, run experiments, and help shape go-to-market strategies while collaborating closely with a small founding team in San Francisco. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience as a Founder Associate, Chief of Staff, or comparable startup operator.
• Ability to work independently across varied, ambiguous projects and drive outcomes end to end.
• Willingness to work closely with a small founding team in an early-stage environment.

About the Role

Join the founding team of an early-stage AI-powered recruiting and talent marketplace company as a hands-on operator. You will take on high-impact work across product, growth, operations, and partnerships to improve candidate outcomes and help the business scale.

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience as a Founder Associate, Chief of Staff, or comparable startup operator, with hands-on ownership in founder support, strategy, recruiting, growth, or special projects.

• Ability to work independently across varied, ambiguous projects and drive outcomes end to end.

• Willingness to work closely with a small founding team in an early-stage environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $90,000 to $120,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California. Candidates must be based in San Francisco or willing to relocate. The role involves working in person with the founding team in a shared living and working setup.
