Job summary

Veit is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to own deep foundation projects from bid to completion. The role blends estimating and project management, developing competitive bids, planning awarded work, and coordinating with field operations to deliver complex foundation projects.

You will manage costs, schedules, and contract changes, maintain client relationships, and ensure safety and profitability while meeting budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with construction bidding and project management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; MS Teams experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify bid opportunities and develop competitive proposals.
• Coordinate pre-construction and project execution with field teams.
• Manage project costs, schedules, and change orders.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure contractual compliance.
• Ensure safety and lean construction practices.
