Runlayer is hiring a Demand Gen Lead to build the enterprise demand engine from the ground up. You’ll own paid acquisition, inbound, email lifecycles, ABM, and attribution, starting as a hands-on player-coach and then scaling a team.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this remote-friendly role includes travel and a high-growth roadmap. You’ll partner with founders and a senior GTM team to land Fortune 500 deals through inbound channels and zero-to-one initiatives, shaping the pipeline for a

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in demand gen or growth marketing at B2B SaaS, infra, or developer tools; senior manager level or director at smaller firms.
• Experience in sales-led, high-ACV enterprise motion with long sales cycles.
• People management experience; able to lead a team while hands-on as a player-coach.
• Proven track record building demand gen programs from zero to scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and run paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn and other B2B channels from zero.
• Own ABM strategy and execution against target enterprise accounts.
• Own landing page strategy and production for campaigns and paid traffic.
• Own email and lifecycle marketing, nurture programs, newsletters, and re-engagement.
• Drive SEO and AEO as AI search becomes a core lead source.
• Define lead quality, routing, and handoff with SDRs and sales; own pipeline reporting.
• Run growth experiments across channels and scale what works.
