Job summary

Groundworks seeks a Service Technician to blend technical foundation expertise with consultative sales. You’ll meet homeowners, assess needs, present proven systems, and earn base pay plus commissions while delivering real solutions that protect homes.

The role includes training, safety standards, and company support to build lasting customer relationships. Expected travel to service areas, on-site inspections, and collaboration with the Service Manager are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven sales experience preferred
• Construction/Home Improvement experience preferred
• Proven customer relations experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute appointments scheduled with customers
• Travel to customers' home based on assigned appointments
• Build long-term relationships with customers and professionally represent the company
• Recommend additional products and services to enhance or improve original installation
• Perform annual maintenance visits and diagnose issues
• Install additional products purchased by the customer as necessary
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures
• Communicate job status and submit documentation
