Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a Service Technician who blends hands-on technical knowledge with consultative sales. You will meet homeowners, assess needs, present proven systems, and earn base pay with commissions while delivering trusted home foundation and water management solutions.

The role involves travel to customers' homes, providing maintenance and installation support, and growing with a national brand that offers strong training and internal growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven sales experience preferred but not required.
• Construction/home improvement experience preferred.
• Proven customer relations experience preferred.
• A valid, non-restrictive Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute appointments scheduled with customers.
• Travel to customers' homes based on assigned appointments.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and professionally represent the company.
• Recommend additional products and services to enhance or improve original installation.
• Perform annual customer maintenance visits and diagnose issues.
• Install additional products purchased by the customer as necessary.
• Examine solutions installed by the company for warranty work.
• Document job status and communicate with Service Manager and customer.
