Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, is seeking Service Technicians who blend hands-on technical work with consultative sales to protect homes. You’ll meet homeowners face-to-face, assess needs, present proven systems, and earn steady pay plus commissions while doing work you can stand behind.

The role focuses on servicing existing Groundworks installations, offering additional solutions, and supporting customers post‑installation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Construction/home improvement knowledge a plus.
• Proven customer-relations experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• A valid, non-restrictive Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute appointments scheduled with customers.
• Travel to customers' homes for appointments.
• Build long-term relationships and professionally represent Groundworks.
• Recommend additional products and services to enhance installations.
• Perform maintenance visits and diagnose issues.
• Install additional products purchased by customers.
• Adhere to safety regulations.
• Communicate job status and required documentation.
• Report to work reliably on time.
• Other duties as assigned.
