Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a Service Technician to join our team. You will meet homeowners face-to-face, assess their needs, present proven foundations and water management solutions, and earn competitive pay with commissions.

You’ll receive industry-leading training and work with advanced tools under a national brand. The role focuses on servicing preexisting installations, exploring additional solution options, and providing excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred
• Construction/Home Improvement experience preferred
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners face-to-face to assess needs and present solutions
• Schedule and travel to customer appointments
• Build long-term relationships and professionally represent Groundworks
• Recommend additional products and services to address needs
• Perform maintenance and service visits on installed systems
• Diagnose issues and coordinate with service managers
• Document job status and outcomes accurately
