The State Bar of Texas seeks an operational leader to oversee the Bar Foundation, develop systems for donor and financial records, and serve as a key liaison with the board of trustees. In a small-shop setting, you will coordinate with judges, attorneys, donors, grant seekers and the public.

Responsibilities include board meeting logistics, donor database management, monthly task monitoring, and financial oversight using QuickBooks.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• One-year professional QuickBooks experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Blackbaud RENXT preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, database management, and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to construct reports.
• Prefer nonprofit or voluntary bar association experience.
• Ability to work with volunteers, staff and vendors in a professional manner.
• Experience managing client/customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Anticipate Bar Foundation needs and support grant-making, fundraising and the board.
• Organize quarterly board meetings and handle event logistics and minutes.
• Liaise with board trustees on travel, attendance and reimbursements.
• Manage donor database; design queries and reports (Blackbaud/ Raiser's Edge/ NetCommunity).
• Monitor monthly tasks and improve processes to streamline activities.
• Oversee financial management using QuickBooks; review statements and budgets.
• Balance Executive Director, Development Director and Grant Manager needs.
• Coordinate office activities and liaise with outside vendors.
• Assist communications including eblasts, press releases, websites and newsletters.
• Perform other duties aligned with mission and teamwork.
