State Bar of Texas is seeking a seasoned Bar Foundation Operations Lead to oversee donor and financial records, drive processes, and liaison with the board of trustees. The role requires building systems, coordinating quarterly board meetings, and managing communications with judges, attorneys, donors, and the public.

The position emphasizes proactive grant-making support, database management (RENXT, Raiser's Edge, NetCommunity), and monthly financial reconciliations using QuickBooks.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
• One-year professional experience using QuickBooks preferred.
• Knowledge of Blackbaud RENXT preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, database management, and spreadsheet software, with ability to construct reports.
• Preferred nonprofit or voluntary bar association setting experience.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of volunteers, staff, and vendors in a timely, professional manner.

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive support for grantmaking, fundraising, and the board.
• Organize quarterly board meetings, arrange logistics, and record minutes.
• Liaise with board trustees for travel, attendance and reimbursements.
• Manage donor database and design queries/reports (Blackbaud RENXT, Raiser's Edge, NetCommunity).
• Monitor recurring tasks via monthly activity logs and improve processes.
• Provide financial management using QuickBooks and reconcile statements.
• Coordinate office activities and liaise with outside vendors.
• Assist with communications and social media; ensure accuracy before releases.
