Arkansas Hospice, Inc. is seeking a Foundation Operations Coordinator (part-time/ full-time) to oversee the Arkansas Hospice Foundation’s finances and donor database.

The role reports to the Executive Director and collaborates with AH accounting staff to ensure accurate, timely financial information and compliant operations. The position emphasizes budgeting, reporting, and data management to support fundraising strategies and organizational mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Minimum of three years bookkeeping or accounting experience; nonprofit experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; ability to learn fundraising database software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage the organization’s annual budget with the Executive Director.
• Develop procedures to maintain financial records and controls; address financial issues.
• Assist with monthly financial statements, audit prep, and Form 990 as needed.
