Job summary

The State Bar of Texas is seeking a fundraising professional to implement a planned giving program and manage the Raiser's Edge donor database under the Executive Director.

You will maintain RaisersEdge, process gifts and receipts, update donor records, and assist with year-end audit preparation, tax filings, and payments via QuickBooks while supporting member recruitment and renewal efforts.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required.
• Nonprofit fundraising experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Raiser's Edge and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains RaisersEdge database, updates data, runs queries and exports.
• Processes gifts, issues receipts, updates donor records and payments.
• Administers planned giving program including mail campaigns and materials.
• Assists with year-end audit and tax filings for financial accuracy.
• Supports membership recruitment and renewal programs; collaborates with team.
