Job summary

Arkansas Hospice Foundation is seeking a part-time Foundation Operations Coordinator in North Little Rock, AR to manage financials, donor data, and reporting. The role collaborates with AH accounting staff to ensure accurate records and supports strategic fundraising initiatives.

The position emphasizes budgeting, database governance, and financial controls to align with the organization's mission and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of three years bookkeeping or accounting experience; nonprofit experience preferred.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; quick to learn fundraising database software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the organization’s annual budget in coordination with the Executive Director.
• Provide oversight of cash flow and payables; assist with monthly closes.
• Coordinate donor database and develop reporting for fundraising activity.
• Prepare financial statements for audit and Form 990 as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
