Job summary

Greater DC Diaper Bank is seeking an experienced Institutional Giving Manager to lead the day-to-day strategy and management of our institutional fundraising program.

You will manage the full lifecycle of foundation grants, coordinate with the Senior Director of Development and Executive Director on major relationships, and oversee grant submissions, reporting, and stewardship to maintain a strong funding pipeline.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to translate complex information into funder-focused narratives.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience using a CRM or donor database to manage fundraising relationships, opportunities, activities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage institutional fundraising pipeline, renewals, and new foundation prospects.
• Lead development of grant proposals, reports, and other funder communications.
• Maintain and update fundraising materials, outcomes, and program descriptions for funders.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to support major institutional relationships and strategic opportunities.
• Ensure timely follow-up and next steps after funder meetings and site visits.
