Job summary

Fauna & Flora International USA is seeking a highly organized Grants Associate to strengthen U.S. fundraising operations.

The role focuses on managing foundation grants, donor stewardship, reporting and grant compliance, coordinating with global teams to ensure donor commitments and timely reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with fundraising, finance and program colleagues, develop expertise in foundation fundraising, and support donor-related materials and sub-grant processes

Qualifications

• Experience in grants administration, fundraising operations, or donor stewardship.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage records, deadlines and grant requirements.

Responsibilities

• Record and track donor information and CRM data; prepare reports for fund managers.
• Ensure compliance and best-practice account management across grant processes.
• Lead donor reporting, create timetables and coordinate donor submissions.
• Assist in proposal development and due diligence for foundations and donors.
• Perform other duties as needed to support fundraising operations.
