Job summary

New York Life Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented Foundation Program & Grants Associate to advance grantmaking, grants administration, and grantee collaboration. You will work closely with the VP and program leads to support due diligence, tracking, and drafting recommendations.

Responsibilities include grants lifecycle management, RFP support, and coordinating with grantees and internal teams to ensure timely deliverables and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in philanthropy, grantmaking, or nonprofit programs.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills for briefs and updates.
• Strong project management with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support grant administration from research through approvals and documentation.
• Manage grants lifecycle including payments, reporting, renewals, and closeout.
