Job summary

FoundationCCC’s Grants Associate will join a remote-first Resource Development team within the Advancement Division. The role emphasizes research, writing, and coordinating high-quality grant proposals to align funder priorities with fundable projects.

The position supports a collaborative grants team, uses Salesforce and Asana for information management, and helps steward active awards while exploring new funding opportunities in education and nonprofit sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in grant development or related roles.
• Two to three (2–3) years of related work in philanthropic, corporate, or government grants.
• Experience in education or nonprofit environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, compile, and submit high-quality grant proposals, concept papers, and letters of intent.
• Manage a portfolio of grants and develop cases of support for programs and projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to identify funders and grant opportunities, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Research and track current and future grant opportunities and disseminate findings internally.
• Track revisions to scopes, budgets, and dates for grants and inform stakeholders.
• Support funder outreach, including drafting emails and meeting agendas.
