Basement And Foundation Solutions in Kernersville, NC is seeking a skilled Foreman to lead our crews in foundation repair and basement waterproofing projects. This hands-on leadership role requires a strong safety focus, clear communication, and the ability to guide daily operations, supervise field crews, coordinate with Project Managers, and ensure work meets our high standards of quality and durability.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in foundation repair, waterproofing, or general construction
• Prior foreman or crew lead experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles and equipment
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team effectively

Mansioni

• Supervise and direct field crew members on residential and commercial foundation repair job sites
• Oversee daily operations including excavation, waterproofing, structural repair, and drainage system installation
• Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to company quality standards
• Communicate with project managers and office staff regarding job progress, materials, and scheduling
• Train, mentor, and motivate crew members to maintain high performance and workmanship
• Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues as they arise on the job
• Maintain accurate records of daily work, materials used, and crew hours
